Terms of Service — AeroChill Supply

Last updated: November 2, 2026. By placing an order on aerochillsupply.shop you agree to the terms below.

Products and pricing

All refrigerants sold on this store are brand new, factory sealed and supplied in manufacturer cylinders. Our prices are fixed — one price for everyone, no quotes needed. Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice; the price at the time you place the order applies.

Compliance

Refrigerant gases are regulated products. You confirm you will use and handle them in compliance with your local laws and applicable environmental regulations, including EPA and F-Gas rules where they apply to you.

Orders

Order fulfillment and dispatch take 2 to 4 business days. We may refuse or cancel an order where shipping to a destination is not permitted, the item is unavailable, or an error in pricing is discovered.

Payment

Payment at checkout is processed securely by our payment provider. Card details never reach our servers.

Legal

An error on the site (in copy, image or price) does not create an obligation to honor it. Disputes are handled through customer support first; we reply within 1 business day.
