30-day money-back guarantee. If a delivered item is unused, unopened and in its original factory-sealed condition, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

How to request

Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for the return. We confirm the return instructions and the return address.

Refunds

Once the item is received and inspected, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping is refunded only where the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-returnable

Opened or used refrigerant cylinders cannot be returned for safety and regulatory reasons. Damaged-in-transit items are replaced or refunded in full — report them within 48 hours of delivery.
